When the venue has printers, Send prints one ticket per prep station to that station's printer: kitchen lines to the kitchen printer, bar lines to the bar's. The kitchen screen gets the same order either way; paper is the second copy, not the record.
On the ticket: the table and server, the time, ⚡ RUSH as a band, seat and course, each modifier on its own line, allergies in capitals, the note in quotes, and no prices. A reprint is banded REPRINT. A delivery fired by the server when a Yusker driver accepts prints banded DRIVER ACCEPTED.
Routing: the station's printer, else this till's, else any. If nothing answers, Send still goes through and the status line says so.
A venue with a label printer also gets one sticker per container for a to-go order, from the same Send.
