Send is the moment the order becomes the kitchen's. Until then it is a draft on this till.
- 1Check the NEW lines. The button reads Send · 3 new with the count of what will go.
- 2Tap it. Every new line turns to a clock pill, 🔥 0m, and the kitchen screen gets a card for the table.
- 3If the venue has printers, one ticket prints per prep station: kitchen lines to the kitchen printer, bar lines to the bar's. The ticket carries the table, the server, the time, seat and course, modifiers on their own lines, allergies shouted, and no prices.
A line that has been sent cannot be edited. To change it, void it with a reason and ring it again.

The printer on the LAN did not answer. The order still went; the kitchen screen is the record. Tell a manager, and see A printer stopped answering.

A delivery that is waiting for a driver cannot be sent from here. It fires itself when a driver accepts, or a manager releases it from the Out the door rail.
