Printers live on the venue's LAN; the server cannot see them, so each till keeps its own list.
- 1Tap ⚙ then Manager PIN… to unlock the printer cards.
- 2Under ADD A PRINTER: Network (IP), the kind, Kitchen · Bar · Till · receipts + drawer, a Name, the printer's IP and port 9100. Tap Add printer.
- 3Tap Test on the row. A proof ticket prints, previewed first. That is how you know the address is right.
Kitchen tickets go to the kitchen printer, bar lines to the bar's, receipts and the drawer kick to the till printer. Remove takes one off.
ⓘ The first print on a new model of printer settles things the software cannot know: the paper width, the cut, the drawer pin. If the test ticket looks wrong, say so before service.
