An owner can set a till's printers, kiosk, auto log-out, kitchen text size and room from the dashboard's device hub without walking to it. The till applies them the next time it renews its hourly sign-in, or at its next sign-in, and says so once:
Settings from the dashboard applied: 2 printers, kiosk on, auto log-out 45 s.
A push is applied once. Anything set on the till afterwards stays until the dashboard pushes again. Only those settings travel; nobody can see the till's screen or act on it from the dashboard.
