- 2Pick a reason chip under WHY. The reasons are the venue's own list, set on the dashboard.
- 3Add a note if it helps whoever reads the exception report, then Yes, void. Keep it backs out.
THE WHOLE TAB
Void tab is in the quiet row, but only while nothing has been paid. It clears the table without charging. Anything already sent to the kitchen stays made.
