A venue that runs its own card machine takes the card there and records it here, so the check closes and the night's numbers are right.
- 1Run the card on your terminal, tip included.
- 2On the pay sheet tap 💳 Credit, or 💳 Debit · Interac for a debit card. The two are kept apart on the close-of-day report because the terminal's batch reports them apart.
- 3Enter the tip the guest wrote, if any, with a tip chip or the amount.
Nothing is charged by Yusker. At close of day the manager keys the terminal's batch total and the till checks it against everything recorded this way.
