Every takeout and delivery still in the building sits on the 🥡 OUT THE DOOR rail, in the order the counter should touch them: packing first, then cooking, then just placed, then ready and waiting, then a fifteen-minute tail of what was just picked up.
On each card:
- The guest, tap it to open the check, and TAKEOUT or DELIVERY.
- The stage chip and its clock: placed 6m ago, or waiting 12m once ready, which is the number a host answers for. Amber at 20 minutes since placed, red at 35; amber at 10 waiting, red at 20.
- Who takes it out the door, and the promise: ⏱ Pickup 6:40 PM or ⏱ ASAP, red once it is late.
- The items and total, and 💵 COLLECT $9.00 if it is unpaid, or Paid ✓.
- On an app order, who the guest is to this venue: 👤 4th visit · $212 lifetime · likes Smoked Wings, or First visit. Amber when they have no-showed a booking before or are blocked. A walk-in has no line; there is no account behind them.
- ✓ Ready and, on a delivery, 🛵 Driver….
