Someone forgot to clock out. Overnight the sweep closed their shift at the best guess the record offers: their last ring that night, or eight hours after they clocked in, never past the end of the business day. The row says which:

Leave the time box as it is and tap Confirm · manager PIN to accept the guess. Or type the real clock-out, 11:15 PM, and the same button sets it. A time earlier than the clock-in reads as the next morning, for a night shift.
Payroll counts the shift at the guess and says it is unconfirmed until you do. The PIN screen tells the whole crew while it waits:
