Every void, refund, discount, comp, tax exemption, gratuity, drawer no-sale and paid-out of the day, newest first, each with the time, who, the table, what and the reason given. It is the list an owner reads when the night's numbers look off, and the one a manager reads before signing a server's shift.
- VOID · REFUND · COMP are money that left; the others are money that was never taken.
- A row with no reason given is a reason to ask.
The printed Z-report carries the same list, up to forty rows.
