When the dashboard has given a modifier group its pre-modifiers, a picked option grows a third segment: as is → NO → EXTRA → LIGHT → ON THE SIDE, in the venue's own order. Tap it to cycle. The kitchen ticket and the screen read the word first: NO onions, EXTRA cheese.
- The price follows the venue's rule for that word: free, the same, or double the option's price. EXTRA cheese on a pizza that charges $1.50 for cheese is $3.00 if the venue said so.
- An option that prices by size charges the price for the size you picked; change the size and the sheet re-prices.
- An option the venue marked as the default comes already picked — medium rare on a steak. Tap it off if the guest wants otherwise.
