The PIN screen is where every shift starts. Your PIN is the digits your manager set for you in Team & roles. Orders and tips are attributed to whoever is signed in, so never ring on someone else's PIN.
- 1Tap your digits on the keypad. Each one lights a dot.
- 2Tap Enter. Clear starts over.
The floor opens with your name in the header. The first time you sign in on a day the till greets you:

After that it says nothing, because you are already on the clock. Signing in again during the shift does not start a second shift.
WHAT ELSE IS ON THIS SCREEN
- On the clock: Dana · Sam under the title lists who is working right now. It is who the kitchen and the host can hand things to.
- An amber box, ⚠ 3 tables need answers from last night, means the overnight sweep parked tabs nobody settled. A manager decides them in Close day. Nothing was deleted.

The PIN is not one this venue knows. Ask a manager to check Team & roles. Too many wrong PINs in a row lock the keypad for a few minutes.
