Driver: a house driver with an ETA

For a delivery the venue drives itself.

1. 1Tap 🛵 Driver…. On a delivery with no driver yet the button is green, the card reads 🛵 No driver yet.
2. 2Type the NAME, pick the FLEET, House driver or Yusker Drivers, and an ETA (MINUTES, OPTIONAL). The diner and the kitchen both see the ETA.
3. 3Tap Set driver. The card reads 🛵 Sam · house driver · ETA 15m.

A Yusker driver you did not request is named on the card only once they have accepted the job.
