The pass is one card per open check with anything in flight across every station.
- Kitchen 2/3 · Bar 1/1 is each station's progress. Each line is tagged with its station and reads "cooking" or "✓ 1:40", the time it has sat under the lamp.
- PLATED · 1:40 turns the strip mint once every plate is in the window. The window clock goes amber at 5 minutes, red at 10.
- 2 lines already run on a partly served table.
🏃 RUN runs the whole card: every line is marked served, the server's check reads ✓ served, and the floor tile's 🛎 clears. Tap one line to run only that plate.
↩ Undo run takes the last run back for fifteen minutes.
