  1. 1Turn on the paths you offer (pickup / delivery) in Operations, with prep times, delivery fee and minimum.
  2. 2Orders land on the POS in their own rail with pickup times; the kitchen sees them like any ticket.
  3. 3For delivery, assign one of your drivers on the check — commission-free, your margin stays yours.
