Reservations: setup and the host board

1. 1In Reservations → settings, set your service windows per day and the slot length.
2. 2Choose instant book (diners confirm instantly when a table fits) or request mode (you approve each one).
3. 3Diners book from your public page; phone-ins go in through “Add reservation” on the host board.

The host board

Today's bookings next to the live floor: confirm, seat, mark no-shows, and assign tables. When a slot is full, diners can join the waitlist — an opening notifies them, first to confirm gets it.

💡 Table changes are safe: if you edit the floor plan under a confirmed booking, we warn you and help re-assign — a new table is only needed if no other capacity exists.
