  1. 1Staff PIN in — that opens their shift and attributes everything they ring.
  2. 2Tap a table to open a tab (or start a bar tab). Ring items; seat and course them if you plate formally.
  3. 3Send fires the new items to the kitchen/bar screens. Rush a whole check when needed.
  4. 4Settle by card, cash, or let diners pay from their phone via the QR coaster. Splits: by seat, by item, or evenly.

Day close

Close the day from the POS to lock the business date: the Z-report totals sales, tips, tenders, voids and per-server numbers. This is the same report the Ops screen and payroll tips read.

💡 Voids and comps require the permission — if the buttons are missing, the signed-in PIN's role doesn't allow it.
