Open your venue's Overview and you'll see “Getting set up — N of M done”. Every item checks itself off when the real thing exists (publish a menu and the menu item completes) — there's nothing to tick manually, and it can't get out of date.
Get open (all plans)
- 1Complete your profile & hours — this is what diners see on your public page.
- 2Add your team & roles — each person gets a POS PIN; roles control what they can see and do.
- 3Publish your menu — it powers the POS, your public page, and the “At the bar” list.
- 4Draw your floor plan — tables become tabs on the POS and seats for reservations.
- 5Ring a test order on the POS end-to-end so you've seen the whole flow once.
Run the business (Pro)
Payroll frequency and province, staff payroll profiles (wages, TD1s, SINs — you'll want those for year-end T4s), tip payout policy, and reservation windows.
Supply chain (Pro)
Add vendors, set par levels, map recipes, and place your first purchase order. Once recipes exist, every POS sale depletes stock automatically and food-cost % lights up.
